My name is Gerardo Lerma and I am a Digital Forensic Examiner with approximately six years of experience in the field, a career I am deeply passionate about.
I am currently employed by the Mission Police Department in Texas, where I have been serving since 2018.
My career began in patrol before transitioning to the investigations unit for nearly a year.
Following that, I was appointed as a Task Force Officer, where I was attached to the United States Secret Service.
It was in this role that I embarked on my journey in digital forensics, and I have been dedicated to this field ever since.
